Can I listen to Spotify or Apple Music?
Auris plays files you add through Files. It does not connect to streaming services’ catalogs.
Why will a track no longer open?
Its file must remain available where you added it from. If you moved or deleted it, add it again from the correct location.
Why is an album or artist unknown?
The library uses your files’ tags. Check the track’s metadata: the folder name does not automatically replace album and artist tags.
Can I use an EQ file I found online?
You can import compatible AutoEQ, squig.link, Peace / Equalizer APO and Wavelet GraphicEQ files. Auris reports what was imported, fitted or skipped.
Why is a preset missing on my other device?
Enable preset sync in Auris on both devices and check that they use the same iCloud account. Sync may take time and only covers personal presets.
Should I use Crossfeed with speakers?
It is designed for headphones. Leave it off when using speakers.
Do I have to pay to use EQ?
Every feature is available for free. Tips are optional and do not unlock features.
